Mpumalanga
Mountainous terrain, misty forests, bushveld & endless views are
the compelling features of this region. For sheer scenic beauty,
few parts of the Southern African continent can compare with
the Great Escarpment, a spectacular wonderland of buttresses,
strangely sculpted peaks and deep ravines where rivers & tributaries
run through verdant valleys. The Blyde River, over centuries
carved a canyon that now ranks as one of Africa's great scenic
splendours.
